Brett Terpeluk, Principal, LEED AP
Brett's firm Studio Terpeluk, established in 2008, designs small to medium scale residential and commercial projects as well as exhibits and furniture. Prior, Brett worked for over ten years with Italian architect Renzo Piano in both Genoa, Italy, and San Francisco, Caifornia. Brett has seen the completion of several projects including the restaurant Farina in San Francisco, the inaugural exhibits for San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Center, and exhibits for Slow Food Nation. Brett has taught in Italy, University of Berkeley's School of Architecture, and the California College of the Arts. Brett received his Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and his Master of Architecture from Rice University.

Recognition

Awards include a 2009 AIA San Francisco Special Achievement Award; Board Member: Center for Architecture and Design San Francisco; and California Home and Design's “10 To Watch” 2008 Emergent California designers. Brett has lectured at the University of California, Berkeley; Palm Springs Art Museum; Linden Tree Salon San Francisco; and Greenbuild 2008 Boston. Friedman Professor UC Berkeley, NCARB Teaching Prize California College of the Arts 2006, Rice University Fossi Travelling Fellowship 1998, Rice University graduate fellowship 1994.

Brett has been published in Casabella, Parametro, FORM, Architect’s Newspaper, and the San Francisco Chronicle.
