Hometta's Plan Viewer allows you to interactively view complete high-quality builder sets. These are the actual plans you will give to your builder and structural engineer when you purchase a license to build the house. Try it now.
Before buying the plans, you can become a member, so that you and your potential builder can work up estimates and plan the project before committing to purchase. Once you are a member, to view the plans, simply click the blue "View Plans" button on each house page.
All plans available for viewing in the Plan Viewer are also available for purchase. The following builder sets are currently available for viewing and purchase. If you would like to be notified when a specific plan is available, please send an email to info@hometta.com.

H-Town
Hometta presents a virtual neighborhood. H-Town is a feature to help Hometta visitors acquaint themselves with the small, modern home plans available at hometta.com through self-guided tours of virtual homes. It is an open free resource. Currently there are 9 houses display in H-Town with many more to come.
